Yangxin Orient Grand Precision Metal Co. Ltd was founded in 2002. With 160 staff, we specialize in producing investment cast parts with silica sol shell made mold. Our production capability is over 1,000 tons annually.We offer a full line of services for engineering support, mold manufacturing, investment casting, CNC machining, surface finishing treatment, product quality inspection and excellent customer service.

The majority of our customers are from the US, the US, France, the Netherlands, Australia, Japan and Taiwan.To meet our clients' product needs, we implement extremely high quality control measures involving stokehold spectral analysis, mechanical property testing, NDT and metallographic microanalysis.In addition, we have established a set of integrated quality control systems according to ISO 9001:2008 standards and passed the audit by DNV class society.
Our company is well established to meet a wide range of needs, from single prototypes to large-scale production.Our production capability is 80 tons per month.
Through our casting process, we provide investment casting and finishing processes for stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel,tool steel, corrosion-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, special high alloy steel, small amounts of copper base alloy and aluminum base alloy.
