JHTF-07 paper and cardboard stiffness agent is a new product developed by our company, non-toxic, non corrosive, nonvolatile, double ion type polymer complex.Its network structure and unique bridge even factor maximizes dispersion and fills fiber and chemical element medium, stable medium, making pulp fibers to form a stable three-dimensional network structure, so as to improve the paper stiffness, smoothness, bursting strength, improve the performance of the filter water, and effectively absorb fine fiber, reduce linting and dusting, improve the surface strength of the paper.

Application effect

1, improve paper and paperboard stiffness 20-35%

2, improve the ring strength of the cardboard 20-30%

3, improve the breaking degree of board 10-15%

4, improve the smoothness of paper and paperboard 15-20%

5, improve the paper making environment, reduce the viscosity of cylinder, sticky roller, improve the surface strength of paper and paperboard.

6, reduce the amount of steam used in the drying department.

 

Uses (applicable scope)

This product can be widely used in cardboard, corrugated paper, white board paper, cultural paper, scanning (painted) drawings, paper cup, paper maps, computer instrument recording paper, toilet paper, high-grade paper napkin and molding paper ,products that need to improve the stiffness of the paper.

 

Usage method:

1, dosage: 5-8 kg / ton of dry pulp

2, directly and evenly add to the slurry pond or pool of slurry, continuously adding if conditions are tight, dilute 5-10 times if continuously adding ;if meet with other accessories, first add stiffness agent, donot adjust other feeding sequence;better mix with fiber for 30 minutes

250kg per drum or 1000kg IBC drum
