JHBK-603 Felt Cleaning Agent for Paper Making

JHBK-603 Cloth cleaning agent is composed of a mixture of polymer and surfactant,high efficient sediment control agent and repulping auxiliary agent.It can be directly used in the paper,cardboard and pulp system to control a variety of sediment.It's a good cleaning agent whether the sediment is derived from resin, damage paper or secondary fiber.This product is suitable for neutral, acidic, alkaline system. It can prevent the accumulation of resin, adhesive, paint, other hydrophobic contaminants in the paper and pulp board,thus Maintaining blanketcleaning, improving the quality of paper, extending the service life of the blanket.

Appearance: light yellow liquid

Density: 0.88-0.95

PH: (10% aqueous solution): 6.5-7.5

Solubility: completely soluble in water, insoluble in most organic solvents.

Usage method:

Change the amount according to paper. Recommended dosage of JHBK-2281 is 4-10 ml / min / M 

fabric or roll width.In the process of application, spray to front of felt with low pressure 

spray water.

Package and storage

50kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drum.

Stored in a cool ventilated place, avoid exposure. 

Storage period: 6 months.
